Improved RSS

Since I had some free time on my hands, I went ahead and updated the RSS feed to properly display the last 10 news entries as well as the full content. You can find the new feed at http://feeds.feedburner.com/wohs-project.

I've also made some minor performance enhancements and tweaked the news page to parse bbcode more efficiently. If you find any bugs, feel free to let me know via the contact form.
